1. Agreement
By signing up for our Affiliate Program, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please ensure you read them carefully before applying.
2. Program Overview
Our Affiliate Program allows you to earn commission by promoting our products through your website, blog, or social media platforms. When someone clicks on your unique affiliate link and makes a purchase, you earn a commission based on the sale amount.
3. Enrollment
To enroll in the affiliate program, you must submit an application through our affiliate platform. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. Your website or social media account should not contain inappropriate content, including but not limited to content related to violence, hate, illegal activities, or discrimination.
4. Affiliate Eligibility Requirements
- You must be 18 years or older to participate.
- You must own or manage a website, blog, or social media account that complies with our content guidelines.
- Your platform must have a minimum of 500 organic followers or monthly visitors (depending on the platform type).
- You must operate in a country where we deliver our products.
5. Commissions
- The commission rate is set at 20% of the net sale, excluding taxes, shipping, and refunds.
- Commissions are paid for completed sales only. If an order is canceled or refunded, no commission will be paid.
- Payments are made monthly, provided that the minimum payout threshold of 100 AED is met. If the threshold is not met, earnings will roll over to the next payout cycle.
6. Affiliate Links
- You will be provided with unique affiliate links to promote our products.
- Affiliates are not allowed to use their own affiliate links for personal purchases.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your links are correctly implemented.
7. Prohibited Actions
- Spamming, including unsolicited emails and messages, is strictly prohibited.
- Affiliates may not purchase ads using our brand name, domain, or product names.
- False advertising, including misleading promotions or claims about our products, is prohibited.
- Affiliates are not permitted to use cookie stuffing or any unethical tactics to generate commissions.
8. Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms.
- Upon termination, you will forfeit any unpaid commissions if the termination is due to breach of the terms.
9. Intellectual Property
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the trademarks, logos, and images provided to you solely for the purpose of promoting our products under the affiliate program.
10. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this agreement.
11. Modifications to the Terms
- We may update these terms at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to regularly review these terms to ensure compliance.
Minimum Affiliate Requirements
- Website/Social Media Presence:
- You must have an active website or social media account with a minimum of 500 organic followers or visitors monthly.
- Your platform should not contain content that is inappropriate, such as hate speech, violence, or illegal activity.
- Audience Engagement:
- Your audience must demonstrate genuine engagement with your content. This includes active social media posts or blog articles with user interaction (comments, likes, shares).
- Geographical Eligibility:
- Affiliates must reside in or promote to regions where we ship our products.
- Content Creation:
- Affiliates must be able to create high-quality, relevant content about technology or related subjects that align with our brand values.
- Compliance:
- Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising standards and regulations, including FTC guidelines for disclosure of affiliate relationships.
