At Megazone, we value our customers and are committed to providing high-quality used laptops backed by dependable support. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities as a valued customer.
1. Return Policy
We do not accept returns on any electronic items, including used laptops, as per UAE consumer protection regulations regarding electronic goods.
According to UAE law, electronic items—including used electronics—are not eligible for return if there is no manufacturing defect.
Items sold as “used” or “refurbished” are covered under the specific warranty terms provided at the time of sale.
2. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your item upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately.
Reach out to our support team with photo or video proof of the issue within 24-48 hours of receiving the item.
We will evaluate the issue and offer a free replacement or exchange as per our policy.
3. Exchange & Replacement Policy
All products come with a 1-year replacement warranty.
Within the warranty period, if the product has any functional defect, the customer is entitled to:
A free replacement of the same item, or
An exchange with another available model, at no extra cost.
No delivery or service charges will be applied for replacements or exchanges.
Timeline for Replacement or Exchange:
Within 3 Months: Customer can replace or exchange the item for any reason related to performance or defects.
Up to 12 Months: Only in case of technical faults or hardware issues covered under warranty.
4. Important Notes (UAE Electronics & Used Item Policy)
As per the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 24 of 2006) and updates by the Ministry of Economy, sellers are obligated to provide clear warranty terms and honor replacements for defective products.
Refunds are not required for electronics unless:
The item is not as described,
Or the seller fails to repair or replace a faulty product within a reasonable time.
5. Tabby Refund Policy
Refund Process
If you paid using Tabby and your refund request is approved, we will notify Tabby to process the refund.
The refund will be issued through your Tabby account or original payment method.
Non-Refundable Fees
Please note that Tabby’s service/transaction fee is non-refundable.
Example: If your order was AED 100 and Tabby charged AED 5 as a processing fee, your refund will be AED 95.
Processing Time
Refunds may take 7–14 business days to reflect, depending on Tabby and your bank/card provider.
Exchanges
Where possible, we encourage product exchanges instead of refunds to avoid non-refundable payment charges.
