 Order Placing 
Placing an order can be done from the Site. If you place the order on the Site, you must ensure that the personal data is correct and up to date. We suggest that customers re-read the order form several times before confirming the order. We are not responsible for sending emails to the wrong email address or for sending packages to the wrong delivery address if the form is incorrectly completed.

Order Processing Time
You can expect your order to be processed in approximately 24 to 48 hours, provided the items are in stock and there is no problem with verifying the payment. We do not guarantee same day shipping. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.

Order Cancellations
Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and can be cancelled, for cancellation you can call us or message at whatsapp or submit this.

Exchange & Replacment
Once an item is delivered, Customer can replace it within 3 months of delivery. if the product is defective, customer can claim for replacement, during warranty period. Customer also can exchange it with another product .The company will charge the customer a deduction of 10% to the exchange order.

Return & Refund
Customer can claim for Refund or return based on refund policy
    Refund policy
To request a refund, please check if the product  purchased are covered by the warranty in accordance with the warranty policy. Refund policy will not apply if customer having no major fault in laptop (Battery,LCD Damage,Not turning on,)

If customer have recieved different model or color, but the specification is the same and the company has already mentioned and Commitment with the customer, in this case, if the customer has a problem only with the model number or color Company will not refund the money.

                                   If the product  are covered by under warranty you can request a refund based on the following conditions:
1 – Customer can claim Refund for the Product within 3 days from the date of receiving the Product.
2- After 3 days of delivery, products can only be repaired or replace in accordance with the policy.
3-Cases of physically damaged and / or missing products will only be taken into account if they are reported at the time of delivery.
4-Shipping and payment processing fees are not refundable.
5-The company will charge the customer a deduction of 15% to the Return of item.
6-Pickup costs of 40 AED will apply if the return request is made after 7 days (168 hours) from the delivery date
7-After receiving the Product it is sent for inspection.
8-Product is found faulty as per the policy then the Refund process will be initiated.
9-For products returned in damaged condition or without complete accessories – item to be returned to the customer

Shipping

We deliver in all over UAE states . Customer must pay 10/20/30 AED, it depends on location if you are not too far from the city so there will be just 10AED.
